Yoga as a part of life

In the past couple months I have been thoroughly enjoying attending yoga classes! I have been going at least 3 times a week and feel a huge positive change in my life. Throughout every week I usually alternate between yoga flow classes and yoga technique classes, sometimes adding in a meditation practice here and there. I attended one yin yoga class and it was very different than what I'm used to. I really enjoy classes with more movement and bends and to me it seemed like I didn't get as much out of that class as I usually do. All in all, I really enjoy how yoga has become such a positive part of my life! I can mentally, emotionally, and physically notice the changes in the past 3 months of practice.
